Spacey, 62, denied the allegations.

“Mr. Rapp testified during his deposition that there were no kisses, no undressing, no reaching under clothing, and no sexualized statements or innuendoes,” the judge’s ruling reads. . “He acknowledges that the whole incident lasted no more than two minutes.”

Kaplan dismissed one of the allegations against Spacey, arguing that the complaint fell outside of those that could be enforced through New York State’s child victim law. The Child Victims Act allows accusers to file suits in certain cases when the statute of limitations would have prevented them from doing so.
