A Kentucky teenager accused of killing his mother and sister has been arrested by authorities after escaping from a detention center over the weekend. Luke Craig, 16, escaped from the Fayette Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Lexington on Sunday afternoon, Kentucky State Police said. The teenager was arrested Monday evening in a Kroger in Versailles. Craig was charged with the September murders of Tefani Noe, 33, and Brooke Goggin, 12, in Anderson County. WLKY Chopper HD flew over when the teenager was pulled over last year on the Watterson Freeway here in Jefferson County after a multiple-county chase. According to CBS affiliate WKYT-TV in Lexington, Craig was found in the tree line behind the Kroger on Monday. . The Versailles police first took him into custody before he was transferred to KSP’s possession. Craig now faces second degree escape charges. He is again in detention at the detention center. Officials said they are still investigating how Craig escaped.
