Kendall Jenner seeks injunction against alleged stalker who was released after arrest

Kendall Jenner is taking legal action to protect herself from a suspected stalker who has entered her property.

According to court records viewed by Fox News Digital, Jenner filed a temporary restraining order against Arnold Babcock on January 11, 2022. The man is said to have a history of stalking Jenner. A hearing is scheduled for February 1, 2022 where the future of the restraining order will be decided.

TMZ reports that a judge has approved the reality TV star’s temporary restraining order which is reportedly in effect until the hearing. The outlet reports that the 31-year-old was arrested inside the star’s gated community earlier this week by security. He claimed at the time that he was specifically looking for Kendall. Community security detained him until he was taken into police custody.

The outlet notes that this was not the first time it had been found trying to locate her. However, he was still released and Jenner clearly felt there was a need to seek legal protection from his continued efforts to come into contact with her.

Babcock is far from the first person to harass Jenner and threaten her safety and privacy while visiting her home in Los Angeles. In 2018, a 37-year-old man was arrested for breaking into his community before being released. Undeterred by his legal issues, the New York Post reported at the time that he then climbed the mountainside behind his gated community, which had minimal security at the time, and surrendered At her place.

Jenner’s security team spotted him hanging near the mannequin’s pool, but he fled before police arrived. Luckily he did the same a few days later and this time security and police caught him.
