Katja Herbers knows exactly who to thank for evil’s success

Katja Herber enjoy the benefits of Wrong‘s success, but she knows it wouldn’t have happened without some TV power couple.

Herbers, who plays Dr. Kristen Bouchard in the hit Paramount+, owes his gratitude to the show’s creators Michelle and Robert King. She credits them with crafting a show that managed to resonate so strongly with audiences.

“I knew the Kings, who write the show, are incredibly gifted writers,” she said. Variety. “I knew they were going to take my character in every possible direction. I was really excited about what they were going to do. They didn’t disappoint.”

Herbers was speaking on the March 13 Critics Choice Awards red carpet, where Wrong was nominated for eight awards, including Best Drama Series. He joined Easttown Mare as the second most nominated show of the year, behind only Succession. It’s not bad company.

In 2009, the Kings premiered the CBS hit The good wife. The spin-off of the show, The Good Fight, created in 2017 and will air its sixth season later in 2022.

In July 2021, the couple signed a five-year contract with CBS Studios, which would have reached the highest eight figures.
