Juventus game descends into chaos as Arkadiusz Milik is sent off for celebrating a disallowed goal and former Chelsea and Tottenham stars also receive red cards

Juventus’ game with Salernitana in Serie A wouldn’t have looked like one of the most exciting matches in football.

But Sunday’s 2-2 draw between the teams will be remembered as a classic after the game saw incredible late drama.

Juventus entered half-time 2-0 against Salernitana who finished just one point above the Serie A relegation zone last season.

And just when the Old Lady seemed to fall to her first league defeat this campaign, chaos ensued.

After halving the deficit in the 51st minute thanks to a hard-hitting header from centre-back Gleison Bremer, Juve pushed to equalise.

Trailing 2-1 in added time, Massimiliano Allegri’s side eventually canceled out Salernitana’s first-half goals, with Italy captain Leonardo Bonucci beating Luigi Sepe in the 93rd minute after seeing a penalty saved.

But Juve weren’t done there, as the Turin side scored what they thought would be the winner three minutes later.

And the ensuing chaos will go down in Serie A history.

Arkadiusz Milik returned home and immediately took off his shirt in celebration, despite already having a reservation in his name.

A second was issued and quickly followed by a red, accompanied by a VAR check which quickly ruled out the winner of the match.

Players from both teams then clashed with former Chelsea and Tottenham stars Juan Cuadrado and Federico Fazio also red cards, respectively for Juventus and Salernitana.

Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri was also sent off in the fray.

Juventus were left furious as they convinced their winning goal should have stood given Bonucci looked like it was played by Salernitana’s Antonio Candreva, as seen in another angle posted by Milik on his Instagram.

Three red cards, a winning goal ruled offside and the players all brawling within two minutes – it was a final for the Serie A clash.

Juventus’ draw puts them seventh in the league, with two wins from six to their name in the Italian top flight this season.
