The Falcons are reportedly looking to move Jones after June 1 to spread his salary cap over two years, which would save $ 15 million in 2021.

Rumors of Jones swirled through the offseason, but began to rise after he told FS1’s Shannon Sharpe by phone on “Undisputed” that he would not be staying with the Falcons. Jones later said he was unaware the call was televised live. Jones has been linked with several teams, including the Titans and Patriots.
Adding Jones to his receiving ranks would give Seattle a dangerous trio of outgoing. Last season, DK Metcalf had 1,303 receiving yards on 83 catches while Tyler Lockett had 1,054 receiving yards on 100 catches. David Moore was third on the team with 417 receiving yards.
Jones had 51 catches for 771 yards and scored three receiving touchdowns in 2020. He twice led the NFL in receiving yards.
