Julian Nagelsmann refuses to rule out Harry Kane move from Tottenham to replace Robert Lewandowski at Bayern Munich – ‘We’ll see what happens in the future’

Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann hasn’t ruled out a move for Tottenham star Harry Kane.
The German giants lost talismanic striker Robert Lewandowski to Barcelona earlier in the transfer window and are yet to replace him.

The Bayern boss says the Tottenham striker is a “brilliant player”, after Kane enjoyed another productive Premier League season last season, scoring 17 goals and providing nine assists.
Nagelsmann admitted Kane was ‘very expensive’ but that didn’t stop him from ruling out a move for the England captain, saying the club ‘will see what happens in the future’.
The German boss said: “He’s very expensive, that’s the problem.
“But he’s a brilliant player, one of two or three who can play as a centre-forward [as well as a] No.10, but it is very strong, brilliant with [his] head and both feet.
“He could score a lot in the Bundesliga, I don’t know the price, but it’s really difficult for Bayern Munich. We’ll see what happens in the future.
Kane was keen to leave Spurs last season, with a move to Manchester City – which Bayern will play on Sunday – on the cards, but the transfer never materialised.

German outlet Bild reported earlier this week that the Bundesliga champions have sounded out Kane’s representatives over a summer move.
But the answer is said to have been a firm ‘no’ to a move this year, with the centre-forward committed to staying at the club under Antonio Conte.
