JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon to Sell One Million Shares

Jamie Dimon plans to sell part of its shares in J.P. Morgan Continue for the first time.

Dimon, the chief executive, intends to sell one million of his current 8.6 million shares “for financial diversification and tax planning purposes,” the bank said in a statement Friday. Sales would begin in 2024 and would be subject to a predetermined business plan.
