Johnny Depp’s efforts to subpoena Elon Musk for his defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard have reportedly hit snags as his security entourage was difficult to circumvent.
Pirates of the Caribbean Star Depp and his ex-wife Heard are set to face off in court again on Monday, when a multimillion-dollar libel lawsuit begins in Fairfax County, Virginia.
The former couple’s acrimonious divorce is back in the spotlight this time with Depp suing Heard, alleging she defamed him in an opinion column when she said she was the victim of domestic violence.
While entrepreneur Musk, who was romantically linked to Heard, is on the list of witnesses called to testify, the New York Post reported that accessing the billionaire tycoon turned out to be quite a laborious task.

Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, who Forbes reports has a net worth of over $274 billion, said in 2021 that he “wouldn’t own any homes” before selling a number of homes he owned in California.
