John Oliver Spots ‘Deeply False’ Sign Trump Really Hates His Own Kids

John Oliver says Donald Trump’s latest video contains a slip that may reveal a little more than the former president had expected.

In the clip, Trump repeats a boast he made during recent events about helping family farms, including a false claim that he ‘got rid of the death tax’ on farms. (in fact, he increased the exemption).

Trump in his new video says farmers who love their kids can leave the farm to them “and they won’t have to pay taxes.”

Then he went off on a weird tangent.

“But if you don’t love your kids so much and there are people who don’t, and maybe rightly so, it won’t matter because frankly, you don’t have anything. to leave them,” Trump said. “Thank you very much, have fun.”

“He still has it,” Oliver shot back. “And by ‘it’, I mean everything that’s so deeply wrong in his brain. Do you know how much you must hate your kids to be distracted by that thought in the middle of a political speech?

The ‘Last Week Tonight’ host gave a scathing example: ‘We should have pulled the troops out of the area sooner. Speaking of regretting not retiring sooner: Don Jr.

He noted that the video was filmed with two cameras and that a cutaway shot suggests it was edited.

“They cut something in there,” he pointed out. “And given what they kept, I’m dying to know what it was. And then stick the landing at the end with ‘having fun?’ It’s flawless!

In his longer segment, Oliver delved into the particular hell of the timeshare world, particularly when people find it nigh impossible to escape many of these deals.
