Reliance Retail’s JioMart on Friday announced the rollout of its month-long fiesta for the upcoming festival season. He’s teamed up with local artisans and weavers to give creative crafts a boost – the sale starts until October 23.

Sandeep Varaganti, CEO of JioMart, said: “WWe are convinced that during the next festival season we will be able to strengthen our relationship with sellers and customers through JioMart.”
According to the statement, customers can use the app to find limited-time “flash deals” on consumer durables and electronics such as laptops, smartwatches, smart HDTVs, smartphones, mobile accessories, etc. will be available at special prices.
There will be more deals on branded items as well as local Reliance Retail brands like Reliance Digital and Reliance Trends.
For the first time this festive season, JioMart has partnered with local artisans and weavers to change their lives and improve the livelihoods of traditional artists in India.
These artisans will provide a wide selection of creative handicrafts ranging from leather shoes, hand woven Bengali sarees and beautiful hand woven Sambalpuri sarees, to phulkari, chikankari, traditional jewelry etc.
“As one of the largest local multi-channel e-marketplaces, we aim to transform digital retail ecosystem by empowering local shops, kiranas, SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), MSMEs, local artisans and burgeoning women entrepreneurs,” said Varaganti.
“To support this goal, we are By integrating local vendors and artisans into our e-commerce, we have also expanded the categories across segments and increased SKUs over 80x from previous year. Our most recent launch, JioMart-WhatsApp command, has been well received by our customers,” he added.
JioMart will extend its reach to the heartland and provide prompt delivery through its extensive network of physical stores, including Reliance Smart, Trends, Reliance Digital and others, as well as third-party seller partners, the company said.
