Jimmy Kimmel announced Monday that anti-vaccines are struggling to get ivermectin, a drug more commonly used to deworm cattle that the right-wing media have celebrated as the latest treatment for the coronavirus despite lack of evidence of its efficiency.
Others who declined the vaccine said it was because they could just receive monoclonal antibody treatment if they got sick.
“This is an IV hookup that helps reduce symptoms of COVID,” Kimmel noted. “Pretty amazing, people who don’t trust vaccines trust being filled with lab-created antibodies. It’s like skydiving and instead of using the parachute you’re going to be like, “Yeah, I’m just going to crash near a hospital. ”
