Jake Paul in touch with Mike Tyson and says former heavyweight champion tops his list, with Anderson Silva an option but WWE appearance with brother Logan vs. Brock Lesnar teased

Jake Paul has been in touch with Mike Tyson about a fight and is keen for it to happen.

The social media star turned professional boxer thinks these two in the ring could break records, but he also has other options in mind, including UFC legend Anderson Silva.

“A decision will be made in the coming weeks.” Paul told talkSPORT.

“A lot of interesting names on the table. Whoever makes the most sense, we want the biggest name possible.

“We want a tough fight, I want people to be like ‘wow, I can’t believe they’re actually making this match. Jake could be in grave danger here.

“I want to challenge myself and raise the level of my opposition and get the biggest name possible because I’m tired of carrying all the pay-per-view promotion myself.

“It gets annoying. Hopefully we have a dance partner who brings the skills and following to the table.

“Mike Tyson is the biggest name possible. He’s definitely number one on my list. He just called me on the Joe Rogan podcast and said ‘let’s go.’

“I think it breaks so many records. It would be fun, it would be legendary, and it would be crazy for me to share the ring with such an iconic legend.

“Someone I look up to. It would be weird to fight him but at the same time it would be great. Yes, there are contacts and conversations.

Aside from Tyson, 55, Paul’s other option – Silva – is widely considered one of the best to ever grace the UFC octagon.

The 47-year-old former middleweight champion also dipped his toe into boxing, recently beating Julio Cesar Chavez Jr by split decision and then knocking out UFC Hall of Famer Tito Ortiz in the first round last year. .

“We’re waiting to see what happens with Anderson Silva here in the next few weeks because it’s an interesting fight for me.” Paul added.

Outside of boxing, Jake has been seen joining his brother Logan in WWE.

“That could be fun,” Paul said. “It could be a dope thing to do. Come on in and have a little tag team match with my brother. I think we could eliminate a lot of people, so I’d be in for that.

“Logan is a natural beast, a natural wrestler. So we would make a good team; I was starting to knock everyone out, he was starting to do the splits on everyone and that was it.

“We win hands down WWE – Brock Lesnar, we’re picking you up.

“I have respect for Brock, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to get off the top rope and elbow him in the f****** face.

“With all due respect, Brock, this will be the most respectful nudge in the face ever. It would be like ‘I’m sorry.’
