Irfan Pathan Launches India’s Latest Web3 Embedded Application

Irfan Pathan launched the logos for India’s latest web3 integrated social media platform, ReelStar in Melbourne Australia.

Former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan on Monday launched the logos of India’s latest Web3 integrated social media platform, ReelStar – an ‘everything app’ with multiple integrated social media, Web3 and payment features. It thus provides creators with the necessary integrated tools and global access to consumers. The belief is that it will democratize the playing field for user-generated content (UGC).

The press release states that the Reel Mark is formed using an R alphabet enclosed in a square with two sharp edges and two rounded edges.

Explaining the philosophy behind the logo, the ReelStar said the sharp edges represented “the group’s commitment to transparency and fairness while the rounded corners represented politeness and adaptability to the future world”.

The app will include bespoke NFT creation features, smart contract customization, and an NFT marketplace in an easy-to-use Android and iOS environment. The company claims that every creator can easily monetize their content.

ReelStar also announced that it has raised over $5 million through the initial token offering (ITO) of its utility token ReelToken (REELT). ReelToken is based on a multi-blockchain platform and architecture. It uses Polygon (MATIC) and Binance Smart Chain (BSC).

Well-known industry leaders including Irfan Pathan attended the event named “ReelTalk” in Melbourne, Australia hosted by Reel Star.

Speaking at the event, co-founder Navdeep Sharma said, “Our app will provide a global platform for creators, enabling a positive network of communities that inspire connection, collaboration and inclusion. Our UVP lies in our transparency and easy-to-use platform that is accessible to almost anyone to create, collect, trade and monetize an exciting range of NFTs and user-generated content.

ReelStar will be the main sponsor of the Indian Sneaker Festival which will take place in December this year, as well as the main sponsor of the Delhi Bulls cricket team. It also organizes the ReelStar Cup which will take place in the United Arab Emirates and will be the title sponsor of Nora Fatehi and Guru Randhawa – The Unity Tour in Australia.

Following on from ITO, Reel Star is aiming to raise an additional $31.27 million via public stagings. ReelStar’s advisory board includes global crypto leaders like Evan Luthra, Naveen Kapoor, and Indian-American serial entrepreneur Ms. Nikita Sachdev, among others.

India has the second largest media and entertainment industry in the world. Indian revenue is estimated to be over $30 billion by 2023 with 900 million internet users by 2025. ReelStar is already working closely with many key players in the industry.
