The incredible journey of the Titans of Gujarat (GT) in Indian Premier League (IPL) continued as they beat Bangalore Royal Challengers (RCB) by six wickets in match 45 of the current edition at the Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai. RCB, after FAF from Plessis won the toss and asked them to strike, stacked 170/6 at the end of innings. Pradeep Sangwan impressed on his return to the tournament after four years, coming back 2-19 from his four overs. Virat Kohli best score for RCB, scoring 58 out of 53. Rajat Patidar also played with the bat, scoring 52 out of 32.

GT, in response, was reduced to 95/4 at one point. They didn’t get off to a smooth start either, but then an undefeated 79-point stand between Rahul Tewatia and David Miller brought them home in the final. For RCB, Shahbaz Ahmed and Wanindu Hasaranga picked up two wickets each. The others, on the other hand, remained without a wicket, which cost them the competition.
