Ioan Gruffud filed for domestic violence restraining order against ex-wife Alice Evans amid their lawsuit divorced.

Online records show Gruffudd filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, Feb. 15, asking Evans to stay 100 yards away from him and his current girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, an actress.

In his petition, Gruffudd also asks Evans to be banned from contacting the couple.

The ‘Fantastic Four’ actor and ‘The Originals’ actress were married for 13 years before Gruffudd filed for divorce in 2021.

At the time, Evans announced their split in a since-deleted tweet that Gruffudd was “leaving his family.”

It was downhill from there. Since filing for divorce, Evans has likened the legal process to a “phenomenal scam” and recently said photos of Gruffudd with his new actress girlfriend caused him “pain”.

In her application for a domestic violence restraining order, Gruffudd accuses Evans of threatening “to tell people that I abused her and our daughters,” People reports.

“She threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t obey her demands; she threatened to tell people I’m a drug addict and put me in jail; she threatened to write a fake diary that reflected a victim abused, and to have the diary published; and she threatened to destroy my mother,” Gruffudd allegedly alleged in the court filing.
