International rollout of vivo X90 and X90 Pro begins

The vivo X90 series was announced in November 2022 in China, and today the company is showcasing two of the phones internationally – the Dimensity 9200-powered vivo X90 and vivo X90 Pro.

The X90 Pro+ is not leaving China at the moment and we don’t know if that will ever change.

Vivo X90 Pro

The vanilla X90 and X90 Pro share a lot of hardware – they have the same 6.78-inch 10-bit AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 1260p resolution. They are almost the same size and both have 120W fast charging on the wire. Another common trait is cameras tuned by Zeiss.

The X90 and X90 Pro have the vivo ISP V2, which enables super night video in 4K and AI Night View modes. The former lets you shoot video in very dark locations, while the latter stacks 10 RAW images, retaining HDR and fine-tuning the colors and tones of each segment.

Vivo X90

The vivo X90 is equipped with 50MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, and 2x 12MP telephoto cameras. The X90 Pro is decidedly more exciting with a 1″ type Sony IMX989 sensor for the main 50MP camera. There’s also a 2x 50MP telephoto camera and a 12MP ultrawide unit.

vivo did not reveal any pricing details for these phones. We only know that the vivo X90 will be available in black and blue in Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Thailand and Malaysia.

The vivo X90 Pro will only be sold in Legendary Black, which has a leather-like finish on the back. Markets available are: Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Thailand, Malaysia in Asia, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czechia, Austria, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece and Serbia.
