India reported 3,823 new cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, a 27% jump from yesterday, according to health ministry data.
India recorded 2,994 new COVID-19 infections yesterday, while the number of active cases rose to 16,354.
According to the ministry’s website, 220.66 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered so far in the national vaccination campaign.
