A quad and a car collided at the stop sign between the Corniche road, which leads to Locquénolé, and the Morlaix-Taulé road, this Sunday, May 30, around 5 p.m. The two vehicles ended up in the middle of the road, on the Lannuguy bridge.
The driver of the quad, a man in his 50s, was injured in the accident. As is the 70-year-old driver of the car. They were both alone on board. The firefighters of Morlaix and Saint-Thégonnec transported them to the hospital for examinations. The police first intervened, then the Taulé gendarmes took over.
Deviation to Taulé
The accident severely disrupts traffic on this busy road. Vehicles coming from Morlaix and going towards Locquénolé or Taulé can pass. On the other hand, in the opposite direction, a diversion was set up towards Taulé, the time for the end of the emergency response and the vehicles to be removed.
