In Pleumeur-Gautier, three arrests for violence in two families – Lannion

On the night of Saturday 1 to Sunday 2 May, the gendarmes of the community of Tréguier-Lézardrieux brigades intervened in Pleumeur-Gautier on two occasions for domestic violence but in two different families.

Between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., a 39-year-old man attacked his father over alcoholism. The mother then tried to intervene by hitting her son with a piece of wood. The gendarmes arrested and took into custody the mother and the son. The latter will be presented this Monday, May 3 before the prosecutor of Saint-Brieuc.

Later that night and still in Pleumeur-Gautier, the gendarmes arrested a husband guilty of violence against his wife. The 40-year-old, alcoholic, woke up between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. and hit his wife with the television remote control, injuring her head. Placed in custody, he too will be referred to the prosecution on Monday.

Violence and theft in La Roche-Jaudy

The gendarmes of the COB Tréguier-Lézardrieux, supported during this agitated night, by their colleagues from the Paimpol territorial brigade and the Lannion research brigade, also had to intervene in La Roche-Jaudy. A father and his son were going to see an acquaintance. Apparently not having appreciated that a neighbor was watching them from his window, they hit him and stole his television set, his cell phone and his wallet. Arrested shortly after by the gendarmes, the two men will be summoned before the judicial court. The objects were returned to their owner.
