This Thursday, January 21, the CGT and South unions representing health workers from the Center hospitalier des Pays de Morlaix (CHPM), Genêts d’Or and Ar Brug, joined by their colleagues from other Finistère establishments, launched a vast “operation snail”, within the framework of a movement of national scope. The object of their discontent, which has become recurrent in the face of the lack of reaction from the supervisory ministry, is a flagrant wage inequality, between agents of different establishments, but also between agents working within the same structure.
A revaluation that is long overdue
Clearly, the demands related to the payment of a net increase of € 183 provided for by the Ségur de la santé but which is still pending, as well as a monthly revaluation of € 300 of these same salaries, for an obvious impact on the value of retirement points.
Several dozen vehicles on the RN 12
From 10:30 a.m., some 250 health workers gathered in front of the Specialized Reception Center (MAS) of Genêts d’Or in Ploujean. After several speeches, the demonstrators began their operation, and it was several dozen vehicles that slowed the traffic of the RN 12 in the direction of Saint-Martin-des-Champs. The goal was to gather in front of the Ar Brug public medico-social establishment, where other speeches and debates were to be held.
