Implementation of the shared night IDE on-call system

In order to improve the quality and safety of care for residents at night in EHPADs, the Hauts-De-France Regional Health Agency wishes to continue and develop, in all EHPADs in the region, the implementation place of the shared night IDE on-call system, initiated in 2017.

In 2023, the creation of new devices continues. The submission of application files is no longer conditioned by a call for applications as such but will be instructed on a case-by-case basisaccording to the criteria defined in the specifications.

To do this, you should read the documents below setting out the eligibility criteria, the expected objectives, the organizational and cooperation arrangements, the financing arrangements, the monitoring and evaluation of the system.

Conditions for submitting applications :

The complete application file must be sent, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, in 1 copy accompanied by a USB key including all the elements to the following address:
