Despite all the talk of retirement, it looks like a fight with Oleksandr Usyk for all the belts may be enough to inspire Tyson Fury to return to boxing.
After watching Usyk take out Anthony Joshua in their rematch on Saturday night to win a points decision, Fury takes on the challenge of stopping the dominant Ukrainian.
In fact, Fury’s initial reaction upon watching the rematch was to insult both men by saying, “After watching this, both were s***e.
“It was one of the worst heavyweight title fights I have ever seen. They were *** bulls. Go on!
“I annihilate them both on the same night. F***s***e.
Then the “Gypsy King”‘s mind quickly turned to business, as he recognized the lucrative opportunity to fight Usyk, who insisted he wanted to face him next.
“If I don’t fight him, I don’t fight at all,” he said in his post-fight interview.
The Ukrainian now holds the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles, as well as the Ring Magazine belt and Fury has answered his call.

‘F***ing s***e’ – Fury blasts Usyk and Joshua, confirms he’s NOT retired
“I just saw Joshua lose for the second time against Usyk, out of his depth.” Fury said in a now-deleted post on his social media.
“England have once again been relieved of their belts as usual, but there is a remedy and a solution I can suggest.
“If you want the two belts back, send the gypsy barbarian to England, come on!”
“Send me, I’ll relieve the Ukrainian dosser of his belts like I did the last Ukrainian dosser [Wladimir Klitschko]but it won’t be cheap.
“If you want the best, you have to pay. It’s going to be very expensive, so get out your f****** checkbook and I’ll relieve that Ukrainian backstopper of his belts.
It looks like Usyk is up for the challenge as well, as he was asked about Fury in his post-fight press conference and said, “It’s what he dreams of every day. I’m going to kick his ass.
If Fury chooses to return to the ring, a fight with Usyk would be for the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world and he would see the first undisputed heavyweight champion crowned in the four belt era.
Talk of potential dates has suggested December 17 – a day before the 2022 World Cup final in Qatar.
Prince Mohammad Abdulaziz, Saudi Minister of Sports, said: “We are very interested in the fight for the undisputed heavyweight title. We seek to do this in the city of Riyadh.
Despite being technically retired, Fury still holds the WBC world title and has been given an August 26 deadline to vacate the belt or come out of retirement.
