Hunter Biden filed a civil suit in the U.S. District Court of Central California on Wednesday against the founder of the nonprofit Marco Polo, Garrett Ziegler, for publishing 128,000 indexed emails from his “office laptop.” ‘hell’ abandoned.
Marco Polo released an indexed digital dossier in October titled “Biden Laptop Report,” complete with cited timelines, entities, transactions, emails, videos, texts and photos of the Biden family . The file contains 128,000 emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop, abandoned at a Delaware computer repair store.
The site generated a total of 5.4 million unique IP impressions, Marco Polo told Breitbart News, as well as 11,000 physical copies delivered. The site achieved these numbers with an investment of just under $200,000 in 2022.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers say Garrett Ziegler, Marco Polo and ten unidentified individuals waged a “sustained, disjointed and obsessed campaign” against the president’s son by accessing “tens of thousands of emails, thousands of photos and dozens of videos and recordings” from the abandoned laptop.
Court filings show Hunter Biden is seeking a jury trial under California’s Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act. The lawyers argue that the law allows Hunter Biden to sue Ziegler for harm suffered by accessing his data without authorization.
“While Defendant Ziegler is entitled to his extremist and counterfactual views, he is not entitled to engage in illegal activities to advance his right-wing agenda,” Hunter Biden’s lawyers wrote.
“While the precise manner in which Defendant Ziegler obtained Plaintiff’s data remains unclear, there is no doubt that Defendants have, at least to some extent, accessed, falsified, manipulated, altered, copied and damaged the requester’s data, and that their actions are illegal, unauthorized and without the requester’s consent,” they wrote.
Ziegler exclusively told Breitbart News that the lawsuit is yet another attempt by the Biden family to intimidate those who speak out against corruption.
“They try to attack and intimidate him; they have been underestimating us for over a year and will continue to do so, and therefore they will continue to embarrass themselves. The president’s son is a disgrace to our great nation,” Ziegler told Breitbart News.
“Aside from the many state and federal laws and regulations that protect authors like me and the publications that Marco Polo makes, it does not escape us that Joe’s son filed this SLAP a day after the announcement of a so-called “called impeachment investigation against his father,” he added.
Ziegler told Breitbart News he had not been served.
“I nor the Marco Polo nonprofit have been the subject of a lawsuit – but the one I read this morning in the Central District of California should embarrass Winston & Strawn LLP,” he said. -he declares.
Hunter Biden’s attorney, Kevin Morris, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
In March, Hunter Biden also sued John Paul Mac Isaac, the Delaware computer repairman in whose workshop Hunter Biden’s laptop was abandoned in April 2019.
