During the afternoon of this Tuesday, August 16, Senator Humberto de la Calle worried his parliamentary colleagues and the staff of the Colombian Congress, after suffering a faint during one of the sessions.
The former candidate for the Presidency for the Liberal Party collapsed near his chair. Immediately a team was called to help him and a wheelchair to get him out of the compound. De la Calle reportedly left the Capitol conscious and stable.
