Hitman 3 VR is coming to PC in 2022

Hitman 3 VR will be available on PC next year, according to an announcement from game developer IO Interactive, which outlines the roadmap of content gamers can expect in Hitman 3is the second year.

One of the biggest updates is support for PC VR, as the VR version of the game was exclusive to PlayStation VR when it was first released. The accompanying video “Year 2” briefly shows Hitman 3 VR played with both an Oculus Rift S and a Valve Index. The experience already feels more immersive than the PSVR version, which only supports the DualShock 4 gamepad and its limited motion controls – that means you can’t even use the more intuitive Move controllers with it.

Apart Hitman 3 VR Coming to PC, IO Interactive also announced that the game has officially reached 50 million players, making it the most popular Hitman game in the series. Additionally, IO Interactive will be adding a slew of new maps, scenarios, and modes next year, along with the permanent addition of Elusive Target Arcade and PC ray tracing support.

Hitman 3 VR hits PC in January 2022, but details are still scarce. IO Interactive notes that it will provide more information on supported platforms and technical specifications for the game before the start of Year 2 on January 20, 2022.
