Hilary Duff attacks Vladimir Putin and criticizes the Russian president for having sent his troops to invade Ukraine.

“GREED. Fucking Putin. I hope his existence is so LONELY, TORTURED and EMPTY,” the “Lizzie McGuire” actress wrote Friday in an Instagram post that showed footage of individuals crying in the war-torn region.

“Money doesn’t make people happy. It can make your life easier, but my only hope is that, by God’s grace, his life will be miserable,” Duff continued in his scribe. “Watching the news is excruciating. I can’t imagine day in and day out this reality…Fear. Loss. Losing everything you love and worked hard for. Being separated from your family or watching them die. Not being able to fall asleep No security No food.

The former Disney Channel star, 34, argued in her caption that the Ukrainian people ‘have a certain pride and strength that I don’t think I can muster’ and the mother-of-three lamented that she now hears that “Human trafficking is a problem for women and children fleeing the country.

“I’m sobbing just thinking about this. Escaping from one hell to another,” Duff wrote before asking his followers, “Why and how can the world be like this? How can humans make themselves these things to each other?”

The ‘How I Met Your Dad’ actress said at the time that she felt “helpless, drained and angry” but wanted to share her thoughts with the world, adding, “I’m also very sad for the Russian people. I can’t imagine they want to be involved in this.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyyin an address to Congress on Wednesday, pleaded with the United States to “do more” by establishing a no-fly zone, providing additional aircraft and air defense systems and creating a new security alliance.
