Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin welcomed their sixth child together, a daughter they named Lucia.
“We’re so in love with our daughter, Lucia,” Hilaria Baldwin wrote on an Instagram photo of the newborn on Tuesday. “Just like your siblings, you are a dream come true.”
People confirmed the new addition on Monday, months after Hilaria Baldwin gave birth to their fifth child.
Hilaria Baldwin posted a photo with all of her children, including the newborn, to Instagram on Monday, captioned with the number “7” and a heart-shaped emoji. The “7” presumably referred to all of Alec Baldwin’s children, including the adult daughter Ireland with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.
The two have yet to provide details.
The announcement sparked curiosity about the timing. Hilaria Baldwin gave birth to a son, Eduardo, in September.
Speculation has also rekindled Alec Baldwin’s temper.
In an Instagram comment from the actor who seemed designed to make him go up, someone wrote, “Who’s the mother? She was not pregnant. She gave birth six months ago. To which the famous, thin-skinned Baldwin responded, with E !: “You should shut up the f – k and mind your own business.”
The Baldwins, married in 2012, now have six children together. The oldest is 7 years old.
Hilaria Baldwin, a yoga teacher, was embroiled in controversy earlier this year over her fictional legacy. She eventually apologized after accusations she was wrongly suggesting she was of Spanish descent.
“I should have been clearer,” she says.
