Herschel Walker on Abortion Report: ‘A Barefaced Lie’

During an appearance on FNC’s “Hannity” on Monday, Herschel Walker, a Republican U.S. Senate candidate from Georgia, denied allegations in a Daily Beast report that he paid for a girlfriend’s abortion.

Walker insisted the report was an effort by his opposition to distract from the country’s “real problems”.

“I have no idea, but it’s a barefaced lie,” Walker said. β€œAnd now you know how important this seat is. This seat is very important – that they will do anything to win this seat, lie, because they want to make it about everything except the real problems we have in this country – inflation, the big border open, crime. They don’t want to talk about it, so they’re making up lies because they need that seat in Georgia. So I encourage everyone not to let them take that seat. If you can go to teamherschel.com let’s not let them take that seat because if they take that seat we won’t recognize this country tomorrow because they come out with total lies, that’s not right.

Walker takes on incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) in the November 8 U.S. midterm Senate election in Peach State.
