Have the Yankees finished the ALCS yet?

The New York Yankees got off to a rocky start in the ALCS.
After two games in the series, the Yankees trail 2-0 and appear to be in serious trouble.
While both games were competitive, the Yankees’ bats haven’t shown up so far.
New York scored four runs in two games and struggled to get a hit when needed.
So is this 0-2 deficit too much for the pinstripe guys to fill?
The only thing New York has going for them is that their best pitchers are ready to take the mound in Games 3 and 4.
Gerrit Cole and Nestor Cortes are the Yankees’ best chances to return to this series.
Going down 3-0 in a series, let alone one against the Astros, will be very difficult to overcome.
Even though it’s been done before in baseball, it’s unlikely to happen again.
That’s why Cole needs to pitch well on Saturday and lead the Yankees to victory.

Ultimately, that’s why the Yankees signed Cole to a huge contract to play in New York.
The best of their ace
He was brought there to help them win the AL pennant and the World Series and this is his chance to do it.
Besides, it would be good for New York if their bats wanted to wake up.
So far in this series, the Yankees have two players batting over .200.
By comparison, the Astros have five.
So no, the Yankees haven’t finished in the ALCS yet.
But, if Cole doesn’t pitch well in Game 3 and the Bats don’t wake up, they can say goodbye to their World Series hopes.
