Former Hardik Pandya returned and hammered the Rajasthan Royals bowlers in the absence of Trent Boult, winning the Cap Orange with a fine strike of 87 from 52. Thanks to his shot in addition to Abhinav Manohar’s 43 , Gujarat Titans set a goal of 193 points after being sent to bat first.

The Rajasthan Royals captain has finally broken his throwing spell. He won the toss and elected to play first. Gujrat Titans won’t be too unhappy with that. Hardik Pandya’s team will aim for the top spot. But Samson was dealt a blow with Trent Boult ruled out with injury while GT persisted with Matthew Wade.
