Dual Grand National winner Tiger Roll has been withdrawn from this year’s race, owners of Gigginstown House Stud said in a statement.

In a statement, Gigginstown said Tiger Roll was pulled from the National at Tuesday’s forfeit stage due to “unfair weight.”

The 2018 and 2019 champion had to carry 11 pounds by 9 pounds, which is 7 pounds more than when he won the race at Aintree in 2019.
