From “piece” to piece! Jamie O’Hara reveals ripped physique in stunning body transformation and fight video ahead of former Tottenham star’s boxing match

talkSPORT’s Jamie O’Hara looks like a new man as he underwent a stunning body transformation ahead of his charity boxing match on April 2.
O’Hara, who is somewhat affectionately nicknamed “Chunk” by some in the talkSPORT rounds, now boasts a toned, ripped physique as he prepares for a fight with fellow fitness instructor Kris Boyson.

However, O’Hara’s ability to dodge punches needs improvement judging by a fight video uploaded to his Instagram story.
Faced with a mysterious sparring partner – O’Hara said he didn’t know who the man who punched him in the head was – the former Tottenham player struggles to dodge his opponent’s blows.
“I’m too slow to get out of the way,” O’Hara said on talkSPORT Breakfast.
“I see them coming from yesterday but I take them straight to the chin.
“Honestly, I don’t know what I got myself into!”
“I’m fine, I’m boxing well, I’ll be ready. I have six weeks till the fight, raise your hand…” O’Hara added.

Breakfast squad Alan Brazil, Gabby Agbonlahor and Shay Given had a field day with O’Hara as they unleashed his fighting prowess.
O’Hara then hit back at Agbonlahor, insisting the former Aston Villa man turned down a talkSPORT unification bout with him.
“You’re supposed to fight!” O’Hara said to Agbonlahor.

“I actually offered money to fight Gabby Agbonlahor but he absolutely bottled it up! He’s too busy going on vacation to Jamaica, he’s 220 pounds now!
O’Hara vs Boyson is on the Martyn Ford vs. Persian Hulk (Sajad Gharibi) undercard which will also see former Manchester United star Patrice Evra make his boxing debut.
