Like many sectors, French sport is suffering the effects of the current pandemic. Between the compulsory closure of sports halls and fields, the closed-door competitions and the drop in memberships in amateur clubs, the government was forced to react. Although high-level athletes have obtained an exemption to be able to train during this second confinement, the health situation still has significant consequences on their physical and psychological health.
