Former briefcase models rip Meghan Markle’s ‘Deal or No Deal’ claims of being ‘objectified’: ‘No bra station’

Meghan Markle is being slammed for her claims that she felt ‘objectified’ during her time as a briefcase model on ‘Deal or No Deal’.

Adding to the media backlash, former models on the popular game show have slammed the Duchess of Sussex for claiming they are treated like “bimbos” at work.

“It’s unfortunate that she felt that because I never felt that,” former “Deal or No Deal” model Patricia Kara said, according to Inside Edition.

Markle reflected on her time as a briefcase model on her “Archetypes” podcast with guest Paris Hilton.

“I ended up leaving the show…I was so much more than what was objectified on stage. I didn’t like feeling pressured to be all looks and little substance,” Markle said.

Although Markle opened up about her “Deal or No Deal” experience, her former colleague Kara said she doesn’t recall ever feeling that at work.

The Duchess of Sussex went on to reveal on her podcast that there are different beauty stations to prep for the game show – including a section where you can add “padding in your bra”.

“There was no bra post,” Kara disputed, according to the outlet.

In addition to the media backlash, former models of "Agree or disagree" criticized Meghan Markle for arguing that they were treated like "bimbos" at work.

Another former “Deal or No Deal” model sided with Kara and said she was not “treated like a bimbo at all.”
