Conor Benn is clearly working hard in the gym, as he prepares for the toughest test of his career to date against Chris Eubank Jr.
The pair are set to face off in October at London’s O2 Arena as they return to the epic rivalry between their fathers, Nigel Benn and Chris Sr, who shared the ring twice in the early 1990s.

In another clip, Benn demonstrates his agility and explosiveness by leaping through the air while holding weights.
Benn also battled with middleweight to prepare for Eubank Jr’s biggest man, having made rounds with Brad Pauls (16-0, 9 KOs) and former British and Commonwealth champion Felix Cash. (15-0, 10 KOs).
On top of that, Benn enlisted the help of his dad and former world champion, Nigel Benn, as he posted a video of his dad tying up his gloves during training with the caption, “Family is everything. ”
