FNC’s Jesse Watters helped and abetted Paul Pelosi’s attack

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) said Monday on “CBS Evening News” that Fox News host Jesse Watters was “making fun” of Paul Pelosi, the husband of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), for months, which aided and abetted the home invasion hammer attack on him.

According to an FBI affidavit, the suspect, David DePape, 42, confessed to breaking into Pelosis’ San Francisco home with the intention of breaking the president’s kneecaps to “show other members of Congress that ‘there were consequences to his actions’.

Newsom said: “I saw the dehumanization of Nancy Pelosi. I don’t think anyone has been dehumanized like her consistently.

He continued, “I mean, I looked at this guy, it was Jesse Watters or something on Fox News, what he said about Paul Pelosi for the last six months, constantly making fun of him. Don’t tell me it’s not complicity. Of course it is. It is sowing the seeds that create a culture and a climate like this.

Newsom added: “They sow the seeds. They create a culture and a climate like this. I mean, look online. Look at the online sewage they amplify on these networks and in social media to dehumanize people like Nancy Pelosi and other political leaders.
