A date for the bizarre show between Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul has now been confirmed for this summer.

Logan’s little brother Jake fought and beat former UFC star Ben Askren in their own exhibit and Logan was there to film the moment and send it to Mayweather in an apparent warning.

But plans for Mayweather vs Logan were on hold for a while, with “ Money ” even reaching out to his social media followers to ask which city they should face off in.

Now the fight has been officially announced and fans can now start preparing for another unique night of action.

Mayweather v Paul: start date and time

Mayweather and Paul were originally scheduled to meet on Saturday, February 20, but that date has been postponed.

It has been claimed the fight could be called off entirely due to “ lack of interest ”, although Mayweather and Paul insisted it never was.

At the end of February, Paul sent Mayweather a public message, insisting he was still training and was expecting a new date.

And now that has been sorted out with the two ready to meet Sunday June 6 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

It will likely start in the early hours of Monday morning for UK fans, but full details will follow.

Announcing the fight on Instagram, Mayweather wrote, “Logan Paul and I will be fighting at Hard Rock Stadium.

“@Mayweatherpromotions @fanmio and @showtimeboxing have come together to throw an epic event !!! Tickets go on sale next week. “

Logan recently said, “People ask me if I’m scared. No, no, I’m not afraid. The feelings I’m feeling right now are just excitement.

“I’m excited, I’m lucky to have this opportunity and I think we’re going to impress a lot of people.

“I just don’t believe I’m going to go in there and people will see what they expect to see.”

Meanwhile, Mayweather has claimed he will earn over $ 100 million for the planned fight.

He said, “I can fight a fighter right now and I can guarantee myself $ 35 million. I can potentially win $ 50 million just for a regular fight.

“Or me and Logan Paul can go out, entertain, have fun, and make nine action figures, $ 100 million or more.”

Mayweather v Paul: What was said?

The press conference turned into a farce Thursday night when Jake angered Mayweather by stealing his hat, which made the boxer’s rival Conor McGregor, who fought him in 2017, laugh.

“What the hell is Floyd?”
“The kid has curled up, hasn’t hit back once, and Floyd is still playing the badass.
“The kid actually just made this mess of a situation that Floyd is out of the sewer for him.”
“He should thank him.
“It’s embarassing!
“From pro to pro, it’s embarrassing. He won’t scratch 10m for this fight and he knows it. It has already been canceled once. The world is watching this on Twitter. He would fight a half-decent pro and command 20m up, but that’s what the hell.
“Whichever way you turn this around, it’s sad.
“Fight someone for real, on your drive, or f *** off, man.”
“Hit your head!”
