Florida suspect shouts ‘I’m sorry’ at deputies as he sprints down the freeway

A Florida suspect who fled police after being arrested for allegedly driving at 110mph with a suspended license was apparently courteous enough to shout “I’m sorry” as he rushed between vehicles on the freeway.

Suspect Zachary Sibert decided to “play ‘frogger’ on I-95” after being pulled over for speeding, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement on Facebook Friday.

“The good news is that Sibert yelled ‘I’m sorry’ at our deputy as he ran off and while he was a courteous criminal, he wasn’t very smart because after a short period of hiding in Buffer Preserve, he located a vehicle and said he would pay the driver to return it to the freeway area,” the statement read.
