The death toll has surpassed 5,300, authorities said, after a Mediterranean storm triggered terrible flooding in Libya on Sunday. Two dams collapsed in the town of Derna, where waves reached more than 6 meters, sweeping away families and blocks of houses. CBS News senior foreign correspondent Holly Williams has more about the search efforts that have been hampered by collapsing roads and bridges.
