She loves these staples.

Women’s weight loss coach Jenna Rizzo reveals the three types of foods she always keeps stocked in her Georgia home: batch-cooked proteins, fermented meals, and fruit.

“One thing about me is that I love to eat, so having these foods on deck keeps me full throughout the day and (they keep me) in pretty good shape as well,” Rizzo shared in a TikTok from March which attracted more than 14,000 people. views.

Her daily diet is based on proteins such as chicken thighs, steak and shrimp, which she prepares in large quantities every few days.

The recommended dietary allowance is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 0.36 grams per pound. For a 150-pound person, that’s 54 grams of protein per day.

“Having all of this ready on deck, I can simply mix and match meals with whatever I have in my fridge or pantry, whether it’s rice, pasta or salads,” said -she explained. “It fits my lifestyle much better than meal prepping, because I don’t know about you, but I don’t like eating the exact same thing every day.”

Next are fermented foods — like yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha — which often contain probiotics that have been shown to improve immune function, promote gut health and aid digestion.

“Fermented foods will help with bloating more than any type of green drink,” Rizzo said. “(Probiotics) are a real powerhouse for literally every function in the body, the main ones being being really good for our hormones and helping our digestive system.”

And finally, Rizzo keeps “piles of fruit on the deck,” like blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, mangoes, bananas and apples.

The American Heart Association recommends eating 4½ cups of fruit every day.

“It’s nature’s candy here, and I admit I work from home, so I fall victim to this mindless snacking from time to time,” Rizzo confessed. “So when I want something sweet, I grab it and keep this bag of Sour Patch Kids hidden until I really need it – cough cough at this time of the month.

Rizzo’s 90-second video received praise from commenters.

“I just came across your tiktok, but honestly you’re probably the first fit person (whose) tips I’ve seen actually seem doable, even remotely, consistently,” one TikToker praised.

“Yes. I don’t like the same food every day,” another agreed.
