FIA releases Abu Dhabi report: ‘Human error’ led to Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton title controversy

Formula 1’s governing body, the FIA, has confirmed that the 2021 Abu Dhabi GP title controversy was due to “human error”, but says race director Michael Masi acted in “good faith” and that the race and championship results are “valid”.
