Feds Investigate Memphis PD, Omega Psi Phis Fires Cops

The wanton murder of Tire Nichols is going to have layers of consequences and these repercussions happen almost daily.

In the latest report via New York PostMemphis Mayor Jim Strickland announced that the Justice Department’s Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) will work with the International Association of Chiefs of Police to conduct a comprehensive investigation into every nook and cranny of the department Memphis Police Department.

“While we undoubtedly have a long way to go on the road to recovery, I hope that throughout our actions citizens will see that we are working to be better and that we are heading in the right direction” , Strickland said.
