FC Lorient wants to dress the Moustoir stadium in the colors of amateur football

How sad an empty stadium! So to overcome boredom, the Lorient Football Club asks amateur clubs to bring out their jerseys, which have been in the closet for a while now, with The Moustoir operation in your colors. “We suggest to all the clubs in the Morbihan district as well as to the member clubs of the Armada (socio-educational program founded in 2009, Editor’s note) to lend us their sets of shirts to dress the seats of the stadium during the match facing in Bordeaux, April 25, at 3 pm ”, presents Samuel Lothoré, events manager and supporters referent at FC Lorient.

350 clubs solicited

The ambition is not to cover the more than 14,000 seats in the stadium. “But to write messages of encouragement in the stands as we do in each match, you need 600 to 700 covers. So, if we manage to write a message with the jerseys, that would be great ”, hopes Samuel Lothoré. 350 clubs are thus asked to drop off one or more sets of shirts in all U stores in Morbihan after filling out a form, or at the stadium, with Samuel Lothoré, after making an appointment. “We wanted to make it easier for them to respect the 10 km of authorized travel and the shirts will obviously be returned to them after the match”, specifies the club

They will be compiled in a film broadcast on social networks and during the warm-up before Lorient-Bordeaux.

“A club president participating in the operation Le Moustoir à votre couleurs will be invited, by drawing lots, to attend the match and to hand the match ball to the referee before the kick-off of the match”, announced the FC Lorient.
