F1 Barcelona testing: session times, driver schedule and results


he 2022 Formula 1 season is upon us with the resumption of the paddock in Barcelona for a three-day test to start pre-season.

Two tests will take place before the first Bahrain Grand Prix, this will be the first opportunity for fans to experience the new cars after a major overhaul of the rules.

When is the Barcelona 2022 test?

The F1 pre-season starts on Wednesday 23 and Friday 25 February.

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya hosts the three-day event.

Each day starts at 8am GMT and the checkered flag will be waved at 5pm GMT, with a lunch break to break up the morning and afternoon sessions.
