EXCLUSIVE: Robbers lead police on a high-speed chase through East Bay in a stolen Maserati

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) — A high-speed police chase that began with a carjacking in Oakland ended in multiple arrests Sunday afternoon.

SKY7 was above for just about everything.

Police say several suspects stole a white Maserati near 107th Avenue in East Oakland.

This led to the initial chase, which lasted about 45 minutes and spread to Alameda and then Oakland.

SKY7 followed the stolen car’s journey along three different highways, then down surface streets, then into North Oakland through several busy intersections.

The car thieves finally decided to abandon the Maserati.
