Based on his complaint, Bandra Police on Friday registered the FIR against Kambli under Sections 324 of the Indian Penal Code (willful injury by dangerous weapons) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to cause a breach of the peace), the official said.
An investigation is ongoing into the matter, he added.
