EU leaders are in Brussels on Wednesday and Thursday for an extraordinary European Council.
What’s so special about it? Well, the leaders will spend (after a trip to the Belgian king) Wednesday evening talking about developments in Ukraine and EU-Turkey relations. Following Iranian drone and missile attacks on Israel, the Middle East will also be discussed.
On Thursday, leaders will then discuss competitiveness and the single market, based on a report on the future of the single market by former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta.
