Eqdom will distribute a dividend of 55 DH per share

The net result for the 2022 financial year amounted to 91 million DH, against 35 million a year earlier.
Eqdom one realized one Net banking income (GNP) growing by 2%, amounting to 582 million DH in 2022. And this “despite the persistence of economic fluctuations having impacted the activity”, explains the financing company in a press release. This performance is attributed to “more commendable outstandings and control of refinance fees“. General operating expenses increased by 13%, mainly linked to structuring investment expenses allowing the improvement of management and digital tools, it is underlined. At the same time, allocations to provisions net of reversals of bad debts reached 130 million dirhams, down 30% compared to 2021, thanks to both “good risk management and the strengthening of the recovery system”.

Based on these results, the board of directors will propose to the next general meeting the distribution of a dividend of 55 dirhams per share for 2022. This dividend will be paid from June 30, 2023.
