“Due Process Denied” press conference on January 6 trials and treatment in DC prison

GOP members of Congress joined a Wednesday press conference on Capitol Hill to discuss the “denial of due process” in the Jan. 6 trials.

Representatives Louie Gohmert, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Andy Biggs were among those present, along with family members of those charged.

The event also addressed “the abuses that have occurred in the DC prison system against those unlawfully remanded in custody. [and] The need to [a] change of location for all tests linked to J6.

“Many innocent Americans are being held without due process in torturous conditions and denied the opportunity for a fair trial,” Patriot Freedom Project founder Cynthia Hughes said in a statement. “These are fundamental rights that we must defend and I am proud to continue this fight for justice.”
